Yes. This is just a call to help you see and understand the platform better and to answer any questions you may have before starting an account. There's truly no pressure, we understand some companies and organizations have certain processes to follow and require a more engaged process before making their decision.
No, that's not how we approach demo calls. Our philosophy is to take a consultants approach. The demo call is to talk about the platform and how you would work with it. Its for you to have all your questions answered. We lend our expertise in a short call to build trust, and give you something of value for free. Our sales pitch is our website, our ads, our knowledge, expertise and our happiness guarantee. Our calls are geared towards relationship building, not sales leaderboards.
That's totally fine. Every professional and agency has their own process and timeline. We understand you may not be ready to start a free account or go through the account without someone to talk to.
Our demo calls are always zoom calls. After the initial call we may communicate in various ways from email, to phone, to video, to in person.
While we have yet to miss a demo call, occasionally the person doesn't answer the call. We will send a message if we can. In the cases an email bounces back we will try other methods. If for whatever reason you showed up to the zoom meeting and nobody else did, please contact us immeidately.
Our demo calls are only 30 minutes, this gives us plenty of time to go through the platform and answer any questions you may have. If you feel that is not enough time after we have finished, we may be able to do more based on a case by case basis.
