Yes. If we like each-other enough we may find ourselves on a free zoom call, or at coffee, to talk in more detail about your project even before any agreement is finalized. There's truly no pressure, we understand some companies and organizations have certain processes to follow and require a more engaged process before making their decision.
Np, that's not how we approach discovery calls. Our philosophy is to take a consultants approach. The discovery call is to talk about your idea and for you to have all your questions answered. We lend our expertise in a short call to build trust, and give you something of value for free. Our sales pitch is our website, our ads, our knowledge, expertise and our happiness guarantee. Our calls are geared towards relationship building, not sales leaderboards.
That's totally fine. We can often help someone just by giving them insight and advice within our discovery call, that helps them make a decision which directs their path.
Our initial discovery calls are always phone calls. After the initial call we may communicate in various ways from email, to phone, to video, to in person.
While we have yet to miss a call, occasionally the person doesn't answer the call or it goes straight to voicemail. We will leave a message if we can. In the cases voicemail is full we will send a text. If its a landline, then unfortunately at that stage we cannot help. If for whatever reason you don't receive a call, please contact us immeidately.
Our disovery calls are only 15 minutes, this gives us plenty of time to get the pertinent details and feel each other out. We've found this more than enough time for both parties to decide if they want to continue engaging at a later date, or move on. If the 15 minutes isn't enough, we can schedule a consultation at that time.
